Having Survived St. Pattys Day at Monty's Korner, and bright media lights, DL lives to drink another day

Hey all you happy taxpayers,

So, I didn't make it to the St. Patrick's Day festivities, but I want to congratulate all who braved the crowds and survived the madness.
And to those of you who tried to find us that week, but couldn't, please give us another try! Normally on Thursday's at Monty's Korner, DL is like, IT.

Even so, a lot of people kind of come over kind of like "...um, are you the, you know, people that drink, and stuff?"

Should we make a banner and hang it over the booth? What would help and make sense?

Anyway, how about last week, with the Channel 13 interview? It actually showed Sunday night at 11 PM, it was the 3rd story in. I taped it but haven't seen it yet (yes, that's my life-- I haven't had time to watch a ^%$&^$ THREE MINUTE NEWS SEGMENT. Although if that's all I have to complain about, I guess I should just be quiet.
Fortunately, I have LOTS of other stuff to complain about. Anyone want to get t-shirts made with "I'm bitter. Ask me why!" :-) Just kidding. Not bitter, just tired.)

Where was I? Well, Jason and Sarah saw the news clip and said that it came across pretty well. Did anyone else see it and care to weigh in with their opinion?

Our e-mail list is up over 50 now, so if all of you come, we can take over the Korner.

So, I thought of a great drinking game. Someone reads the texts of W's speeches (or Delay's or Frist's), and anytime the word "integrity" or "responsibility" comes up, whomever laughs has to drink.

And anyone taking me up on the challenge of making a list of progressive drinks from buyblue.org?

Well, I need more sleep, so it's back to work for me, but in the meantime, remember:

When: Tonight (and every Thurs) from 7-10 (or later for all you crazy
kids)
Why: because it's hip, happenin', solid, and otherwise right on
